I have always been interested in the stories beneath the stories.

BEFORE THE CONSTELLATION,
THERE WAS THE CIRCLE.
Long before I knew the language of Family Constellations, I knew something about circles.
Some of my earliest encounters with the sacred happened there. Sitting among people. Listening. Praying. Singing. Questioning. Witnessing. Becoming quiet enough to notice that sometimes a room holds more than what is being spoken aloud.
My spiritual life has taken me through many rooms. Islamic spaces and Sufi circles. Christianity. Hindu philosophy and practice. Prayer, ritual, contemplation, music and movement. Different cultures. Different languages for the sacred. Different ways of entering mystery.
Across them, I kept encountering something I could feel long before I knew how to name it.
Resonance.
The moment another person's words move through your own body. The strange familiarity of something you have never consciously known. The way a room can change before anyone speaks. The experience of knowing before knowing how you know.
Years later, I entered the constellation field.
Something in me recognised the circle.
THE STORIES
BENEATH THE STORIES
My background spans writing, media, culture and strategy. I have spent much of my life working with stories, ideas, people and the structures that hold them.
Eventually, I became more interested in the stories beneath the stories.
Family. Ancestry. Culture. Migration. Spirituality. History. Belonging. Exclusion. Love. Loss. Survival. The loyalties nobody consciously chose. The things one generation could not speak about that another somehow finds itself living.
My own life has brought me close to questions of adoption, family, rupture, identity, belonging and purpose.
Not only where do I come from?
Also:
What am I here to do with the life that is mine?
Moving forward does not require us to abandon what came before. Sometimes it asks us to turn towards it. To witness what has been. To honour what belongs. To untangle what has become entangled.
And from there, to discover what becomes possible.
TRAINING & PRACTISE
I trained internationally in Systemic Family Constellations through the International Family Constellation Training Institute. My advanced certification involved theoretical and experiential study, individual and group facilitation, couples work, supervised practice, independent study and international immersion.
I studied across multiple systemic lineages with an international faculty of more than 35 teachers, including senior first and second generation practitioners whose training reaches directly back to Bert Hellinger, whose work shaped contemporary Family Constellations.
My training has exposed me to approaches spanning systemic practice, psychotherapy, relationships and couples work, embodiment, parts work, trauma informed practice and systemic ritual.

MY WORK
My practice is rooted in Systemic Family Constellations and shaped through advanced training, supervision, international study and years spent exploring story, spirituality and human behaviour.
My training follows a lineage connected to the development of Family Constellations through Bert Hellinger, alongside contemporary approaches exploring ancestry, embodiment, consciousness and the field. International study has taken me into rooms with practitioners and teachers from across the world, including the International Constellations Intensive in Sintra, Portugal.
My curiosity reaches beyond one discipline. Into consciousness and epigenetics. Quantum physics and the nature of reality. Ancestry and embodiment. Spirituality, intuition and the subtle dimensions of human experience.
I am fascinated by what we inherit. By what we sense. By what remains unseen. By the relationship between the systems behind us and the life waiting ahead of us. And by the moment something that has quietly shaped a life is finally seen.
Because what we can see, we can begin to meet differently.
BEYOND THE WORK
I am still a writer.
Poetry remains one of the languages through which I encounter the things ordinary language cannot always hold.
I am nourished by travel, music, dancing, culture, conversation, ritual, solitude, the natural world and tables where people gather and stay longer than they intended.
I remain curious about systems, consciousness, spirituality, story, the visible and the unseen.
I am less interested in finding one final explanation for all of it.
I would rather remain close enough to the mystery to keep listening.
