THERE ARE DIFFERENT WAYS INTO THE WORK.
Some people arrive with a clear question. Others arrive with a feeling.
Something is repeating. Something has ended. Something cannot be reached. Something wants to begin. Or the life they are living no longer seems large enough for the person they sense they are becoming.
We begin there.
Areas I work in
-
A relationship can bring two entire systems into the room. Histories of love, abandonment, intimacy, marriage, separation, betrayal and belonging can quietly shape what happens between two people now.
Constellation work allows us to look beneath the conflict or repeating pattern and explore what each person may be carrying, what belongs to the relationship itself and what may need to be seen before something different becomes possible. This work can be explored individually or together as a couple.
-
What is excluded from a system does not necessarily disappear from it. Death, separation, estrangement, adoption, migration, displacement, family secrets and painful histories can continue to reverberate long after the original event.
Constellation work creates space for what has been forgotten, excluded or left unresolved to be witnessed and given a place, allowing something different to become possible in the present.
-
Sometimes we know where we want to go and still cannot seem to move towards it. Purpose can call us forward while invisible loyalties hold us in an older position.
We may desire greater visibility, creativity, leadership, love, abundance or meaningful work while remaining connected to an identity, relationship or family story that makes movement difficult.
Sometimes before we can take our place in the world, we need to see the place we have been occupying in our system.
Constellation work can illuminate what sits between where we are and where life appears to be calling us, creating greater freedom to move towards what is ours.
Our sense of self also develops in relationship. We may learn to become the strong one, the responsible one, the peacemaker, the successful one or the person who needs very little. Over time, an adaptive role can begin to feel like identity.
Systemic work creates space to ask not only, Who have I learned to be? but also, Who am I when that role is no longer required?
-
Belonging is rarely as simple as where we live or whose name we carry. Families cross borders. Children move between families. Languages disappear. Religions change. Cultures meet. People leave one home to build another while parts of the first continue travelling through generations.
Adoption, fostering, migration, displacement and culturally complex family systems can carry profound questions of identity and belonging. Constellation work offers space to explore what has been carried, what has been lost and how the whole story might be honoured without requiring one belonging to erase another.
These are some of the places the work may begin. They are not its limits.
You might arrive with a relationship, a family dynamic, a question around work or money, grief, a creative block, purpose, a decision, a desire, a repeating pattern, or simply the feeling that something in your life wants to move.
We begin with what is alive now.
-
Our relationship with intimacy, sexuality and the body is shaped by more than personal experience. Family systems, culture, faith, shame, belonging, relationship history and what was spoken or left unspoken, can all influence how freely we experience desire, pleasure, closeness and our own bodies.
This work creates space to explore what may sit beneath patterns around intimacy and sexuality, and what becomes possible when we begin to relate to the body, desire and connection differently.
Formats for the work
01
INDIVIDUAL CONSTELLATIONS
A private one to one constellation offers space to explore a particular question, pattern, relationship, intention or area of your life. We might work with family, relationships, adoption, belonging, migration, purpose, work, money, identity, creativity, transition or something you cannot yet quite name.
We begin with what is alive now and allow the wider system around it to become visible.

COUPLES
A relationship never begins with only two people. Each partner arrives with a history, a family system and their own experience of love, intimacy and belonging.
Couples constellation work allows us to explore what is happening between you, what each of you may be carrying, the positions you occupy, what is repeating and what the relationship itself may be asking for.
The intention is not to establish who is right. It is to see more of what is here.

There is something particular about constellation work experienced in a circle. A group becomes more than an audience. We witness. We represent. We resonate. We recognise pieces of our own stories in systems that, at first, appear to have nothing to do with us.
Workshops combine systemic teaching, experiential exercises and constellation work around individual and collective themes. You may arrive with your own question, step into another person's constellation as a representative, or witness from the circle. Each position offers a different encounter with the work.
UK and international workshops available.

RETREATS & INTENSIVES
Some enquiries ask for more space.
Retreats and intensives allow us to stay with the work beyond a single session, bringing together systemic constellation work, reflection, ritual, embodiment, creativity and carefully selected collaborative practices.
They create room for what has been witnessed to settle, for what belongs to the past to find its place, and for the person standing in the present to begin to sense what might now be possible.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO ARRIVE WITH THE WHOLE STORY.
Bring the relationship. The pattern. The person you cannot let go of. The family question. The thing you want. The place you cannot seem to move beyond. The purpose you can feel and cannot yet reach. The future you can almost see. Or simply the knowing that something needs to move. We can begin there.
