Stories & Systems asks: What formed us? What are we carrying? What have we mistaken for who we are? What deserves to be honoured? What needs to be untangled? And what becomes possible when the past no longer has to write the future?

This work moves through poetry, talks, workshops, conversations and whatever forms the enquiry asks to take next.

Sometimes changing a life begins by changing the story. Sometimes it begins by discovering that the story was never entirely ours.

Before I became a systemic practitioner, I was a writer.

I still am.

Stories & Systems is where those worlds meet.

Through writing, poetry, speaking and live experiences, I explore the relationship between the stories we inherit and the systems that quietly shape who we become.

Family. Culture. Migration. Spirituality. Love. Belonging. Identity. Power. Purpose. The stories we tell about ourselves and the stories that were already being told before we arrived.

I am fascinated by the moment when an inherited story stops being an unconscious instruction and becomes something we can finally see.

Because seeing creates choice.

And choice creates the possibility of movement.
